MPHMUN XXV Committees

New for this year, all committees in MPHMUN XXV are either Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced. Beginner committees have one topic, Intermediate have two, and Advanced committees have additional distictions. We reccomend that advisors take into account delegate level when assigning them to committees, but it is ultimately up to advisors who they put in what committee.
