In 2022, MPHMUN's charity was the Boys and Girls Club of Syracuse: Central Village. The Central Village Boys and Girls Club is a branch of the Syracuse Boys and Girls Clubs. It is located in the Southside of Syracuse; centered in the heart of the city's most impoverished community. The Boys and Girls Club mission is: "To enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens." Their programs empower youth to support and influence their community, and develop leadership in themselves and others.
As a result of all of MPHMUN's delegate donations last year the Syracuse Central Village Boys and Girls Club was able to "continue to inspire and enable all young people in the Syracuse area,"
